Lodging Options

DELUXE

Enjoy camp without sacrificing the comforts of home. Hartland’s newly remodeled deluxe accommodations are our premier lodging option. Rooms are tastefully appointed and feature private bathrooms, bedding, towels, and coffee makers. In addition, Hartland’s deluxe rooms are furnished with high-quality Cannon Sleep System mattresses to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.

SEMI DELUXE

Eshom Creek Hotel: Private rooms with one twin and one double bed, and men’s and women’s community bathrooms, bedding, and towels are provided. Semi-deluxe is a popular lodging option for individuals and couples. You will enjoy a clean, comfortable, centrally located facility at a discounted price.

ROBINS NEST/EAGLES PERCH

One queen bed and nine bunk beds with a private bath; bedding, and towels are not provided. These lodges are one of Hartland’s most popular lodging options for youth, family, and adult events. You will enjoy a clean, comfortable, centrally located facility at a very affordable price.

CABINS PLUS

Dorm-style cabins plus offer a 1/2 bathroom (toilet & sink) in the cabin and are also a very short distance from a central bathhouse where showers are available.

CABINS

Dorm-style cabins offer a more traditional and rustic camp experience. Cabins have bunk beds divided into two sections, each sleeping 8. Cabins are great for youth, families, and adults and are within a stone’s throw from a central bathhouse.

RV SITES (hook-up and non-hookup sites)

Hartland’s most cost-effective lodging options are RV sites with full hookups (water, electrical, and sewer). Located conveniently next to our heated pool and gymnasium, RV with full hook-up guests can easily access restroom facilities and showers. RV sites without hookups are also available for those who wish to save even more money and operate entirely self-contained, non-hookup sights are not located within the RV lot and would need to walk to the nearest community restrooms to shower. Non-hook-up sites may be limited by time of year and locations may vary. RV sites are billed at a per-person rate consistent with other housing styles. We do not recommend (RV + tow vehicle lengths) of over 40 feet in our RV lot. RVs combined with a tow vehicle under this length do well in navigating this space. Non-hookup spots for greater lengths *may* be available, but are dependent on space, time of year, and must be verified with the office well in advance. (We cannot guarantee being able to accommodate total lengths in excess of what is noted above.) Depending on total combined length, you may need to park your tow vehicle outside of the RV lot.
